"Mindfulness through Guitar" Relaxation Session

This is a one hour group meditation through music..
All you need is an acoustic or nylon string guitar! NO PLAYING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

How it works is: you come along, bringing an instrument & just focus on making simple chords together in harmony..no tearing out solos, its just simple rhythms along with simple melodies on single notes, nothing technical. The sum is greater than the parts. 

A chance to unwind on a Sunday evening ahead of your week again..

All participants will be sent an audio copy of the music that is made together!
